An August Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Navigation

Hello Moonchild :)
On August 27th/28th we experience a Full Moon. It is also a Lunar Eclipse on August 28th. In India, this eclipse happens in the daytime hours, when the moon is below the horizon and hence is not visible. Therefore restrictions do not apply either. However the eclipses influence all, ushering in much needed transformation. This Lunar eclipse follows the Solar eclipse that happened on August 12.
About this eclipse

Eclipses close some doors and open new ones, taking you where you are meant to be. The high energy aspect of the Solar eclipse continues as heightened creativity, new opportunities and tendency for impulsive actions. Let those continue to play out as you lodge yourself in the position of a keen observer, from a place of deep grounding - do practices that facilitate this approach.
Under this Full Moon Lunar eclipse, the focus is to identify and allow release. Think closure, completion, acceptance and shedding the old.
It need not be the final moment of closure, but you are on the path. You will realize what no longer holds good in your life and does not support your health and wellbeing.
I shared a few pointers with you all on direct messaging for the last eclipse. You can refer to that here.
The blog this time does not detail out the ritual, but it stirs your inherent wisdom towards self-guidance. There are questions presented for self inquiry. You can answer them at your pace, in your time over today and tomorrow. You can journal or speak into a recorder and play it back.
How to navigate this eclipse:
Ponder on these and answer them from the heart. Before you answer them, every time, lie down and spend 5 minutes focusing on your breath and the spaces between the breaths.
PART A
What is demanding release from my life? Look at pointers below.
An interpersonal relationship angle - what in that relationship do you want to release?
Your relationship with yourself - anything that you have been holding on to and not accepted yourself, allowed yourself the experience of, held back and not expressed to another. Also mention the reason for holding back if you are aware.
Anything you have been overthinking/obsessing about
Is there a need to control anything or everything in your life? Do you feel something is not happening the way you wanted it to? Is that loss of control affecting you and how so? Is it that need to control that you have to release?
Anything in your body that you can sense
Notice where in your body you are holding on to what is not needed?
Ask yourself: "How am I experiencing it?" (as stiffness, tightness, aches and pains, lethargy, restlessness, numbness/cold/poor circulation in any part, heaviness, excess heat or anything else)
PART B
What can facilitate this release for me?
Read this and answer whatever feels relevant in your context:
What will initiate release for me?
Is it expressing to someone or the people involved?
Is it about changing your way of thinking and your narrative?
Is it self expression through journaling, movement, allowing emotions to flow (cry/shout/laugh/speaking aloud to yourself)
Is it cleansing yourself through some modality or cleansing your space physically to remove energies that are stagnant and blocking?
Is it a locational/geographical move temporarily or permanently?
Is it adopting practices/seeking learning that help you relinquish control?
Is it something you cannot figure out, in which case write down who can help you with it.
What can I positively apply my energies to?
This is to loosen attachment, get distance and create space (towards welcoming fresh new thoughts, perspectives, energies of higher frequency)
At a purely body level, what practices would help counter or appease what I have identified?
Areas to cover: What you eat, Movement modality, Meditation, Connect with nature
CONSCIOUSLY START WORKING WITH YOUR FINDINGS AND INSIGHTS WITHIN THE NEXT ONE WEEK.
SIMPLE PRACTICES TO HELP NAVIGATE WHILE YOU GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS:
Move the body for half hour to one hour everyday - Asana practice, Walks, Dance or any other form of movement.
When you find yourself overthinking or notice yourself getting fearful/anxious, focus on your breath. Breathe in through the nose and exhale/blow out slowly through pursed lips, visualizing the body and mind relaxing and thoughts getting released with the out breaths.
As soon as you wake up, before you open your eyes, sit up and observe your breath. Rest your awareness in that silent space between the inhale and the exhale, in the upper torso, for a few seconds. Only then open your eyes and get on with the day.
Keep alarms for 10AM, 2PM and 6PM - important transition times as per ayurveda. Each of these times, wherever you are, close eyes for a few seconds, clasp your palms together interlacing your fingers and watch the breath flowing into and out of the heart space. Do this for 12 breaths. Do this just before you go to sleep too.

Spend time in nature, walk barefoot on the Earth, do some gardening, work out of a park, bring in some green into the house, go for walks
Go through a guided Yoga Nidra practice with a Sankalpa included. You can choose the following Sankalpa: "I am calm, grounded, safe and secure. I am a witness to all that is unfolding." Here is a link you can use.
Ensure you get your quota of sleep.
Be super mindful of what you eat. Eat what works for your body, food that digests well.
Use devices sparingly, instead explore a forgotten or new hobby or do something that moves your body and the prana within! (eg: pottery, exploring new places, trekking, jogging, skipping, cooking, home decor activities, dance etc.)
All of this will help you transition to a state where you can convert so-called challenges to opportunities. With less of the mess, you can start hearing the voice of your intuition and get guided by it, fueling transformation, working in alignment with your mind body and soul.
Here's to a neat closure & wonderful new beginnings!
Love & Gratitude
